Very good projects are there specially if anyone wants to work in latest technologies, Accenture has many projects. Good process followed and team culture is also very nice.

Job security and salary and benefits is a big down for Accenture.

Accenture is my 4th IT company and I must say this , it is best place to work,if you compare in service based company. If you are someone who is keen to learn new technologies and looking growth in your career (also internal hikes are best in the market in Accenture) policies are employees oriented. Do your job with utmost honesty then every work place is good for you.

salary is good. appraisal is very complicated ,quantity of data matters not quality. Work-life balance is good but again depends on project state/color ;)

Team mates , seniors, do not share things that easily. Seems all are unsecured to share what they do but want to pretend they are busy. Inspiration/Motivation only from your own community(either by region,language,etc). I could see only happy and bindas people are at level 10 + only :)
