Everything is dependent on which project you are allocated. In most of the cases, the project is irrespective of your skill set. Getting roll-off is next to impossible thing in Accenture. They didn't plan the resources well in advance when someone resigned, till the LWD they didn't have new resources in the team and because of that work pressure increased. HRs are not approachable, they will never respond to you on Teams or email. All Accenture policies may vary from project to project. Variable component is very high and it is only paid 40% or at max 60%. You can only get good hike if you have a good networking with your managers else enjoy default rating.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
