Working from home is possible. No pressure to work on weekends. Culture is good in pockets.

Dislikes

Work quality is very bad. You might be doing implementation and operations work 90-99% if the time. Promotion is limited and often deiced on unknown parameters. No feedback mechanism is installed for you to improve. Never start your career here. Mid-level roles are easy to get from outside and growth within the company is bad. You can become a manager in 4-5 years if you are coming from outside but internally it would take you 6-8 years.

Likes

The current team & people I a aligned with are quite open & honest. Like working with them. There are ample opportunities for one to explore various industries to get an experience of how each business works. Learning initiatives & access to licenses are quite great & also support for higher distant learning courses from universities (reimbursable with 2 year lock 50% +50% ). As of now flexible WFH but this depends on the team you are aligned.

Dislikes

...& procedure. The salaries compared to industry standards are well below average. They do pay well for extraordinary talent but for a similar skill sets one would definitely be valued much more outside Accenture.

No scope for much growth, salary mismatch between new joinees and experienced where new joinees are being offered more salary and benefits compared to hikes given to experienced inhouse candidates

1. Good learning opportunities. 2. Stable work-life balance on average. 3. Culture is good.

Dislikes

1. Abysmal salary. Especially, huge disparity within the same role and similar experience. 2. Uncertain appraisals. Shareholders are much more prioritised over employees.

They hire at visible higher package but variable part is not given

Dislikes

Variable is ballooned to have high ctc on paper only. Toxic culture. No increment for 2 years straight. Favouritism. No promotions internally but hiring from outside. Management is not ready to help employees. Hr is non contactable, no reply from them.
