Nothing I have recieved best performance of the month, ace award pinnacle award still they havent gave me any increment/ performance

The company treat u like a slave once u get hard lock in project ur will life get worst no hike no promotion nothing ..

I like that the salary is more than other job profiles at Accenture.

Dislikes

The team members and seniors are not that knowledgeable and are mostly working as Support engineers as service for other Fortune 500 companies.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

Dislikes

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Dislikes

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
