Work culture is not good. Managers are acting like they are coming from heaven. Their attitude is not right. They don’t have leadership qualities . Lots of irrelevant file needs to update and redundant works to do. Don’t want to get a rid of non productive work. No mental peace

...ou complete the interview with any client then only you will be incremented . The base salary that was provided was 10k that used to credit on 7th of every month , sometime that was also delayed by a week or two .

Employee centric and more importance given for women employees. Good hike for good performance. You should be very interactive in order to achieve good hike

Favourism No team outings 9.30 working hours , 30mins is considered as buffer time but give salary only for 9 hours

... Great value and culture at work. Job security is another key. Equity at work. Dislikes - Less learning opportunities, Salary structure is very uneven.

It`s a fraud company, they don`t provide salary, worst HR policies can be molded against you any time for letting you down . Also a one man company run by Amit thakkar to satisfy his own ego and to fulfil its business without spending a penny.

Worst Company, Rumors fly here and there like flies around gutter. Want their work for free.
