...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

No clear criteria of promotions. No proper hierarchy, you may be reporting to person just one level above your designation. This leads to suppression of professional growth of the employee.

...b security is very poor...they fired the employees without any prior intimation. I worked there for 2 years however they haven't provided my variable pay whenever we asked their reply was our business is not running well hence we are not providing variable pay out. Overall pathetic work culture. I would request don't join this company.

Do not pay a variable amount Do not have a standard process for anything. Donot follow the documented thing - HR. No extened maternity leave. No crech facility. Canteen is not live. They have tiffin services, matchin tea and coffee. No job security.
