Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

No pros/likes as such found.

Dislikes

Worst company to work with. Politics by higher management. Team leads are not supportive at all. No work life balance. We have to beg for each leave still no guarantee that we will get it or not. Salary increment is very less. Although the company is exists more than 10 years still there is no growth. They randomly pick one employee and fires them with foolish reason (offcourse due to politics).

There is an openness in the work atmosphere at AccelTree. Also, the organisation has a startup character to it, although it is nearly two decades since its incorporation. The exciting element at AccelTree is the values of its founders - high work ethic, a welfare-oriented attitude towards employees at all levels, and a keen inclination towards healthy work-life balance.

Making employees nostalgic about thier school life. Setting example about don't we make in our career.

Dislikes

Work culture is completely opposite to any IT Company. Technology stack outdated. No work life balance. No proper hikes.

As fresher i have get good learning experience for 2 yearsand after that they don't have any new things to do in project .Management let you do the Proof of Concept in which u can learn new skills. But it is restricted to some people who are favoiurt. And new skill learning are not applied in ongoing project

The Team mates are very good

Dislikes

No Training is provided. Its like school where you have be in discipline, much more like a boarding school. No career growth because the company itself does not want to grow. Instead the Top management is busy in what are you eating, what time you are coming, what are you wearing. The top management is not at all innovative nor it allows the developers to innovate.
