Accel IT Services do outsourcing of its own employees to othe IT Giants and does not care about its employees. They don't have proper communication once they hand over the employee to the client. Appraisals are also dependent on clients and Accel IT has nothing to do with anything after a candidate is hired and accepted by Client

1. High stress levels due to tight deadlines or complex projects.
2. Long working hours or overtime.
No skilled job, their business is very simple to break fix computer hardware calls, no training methodology, no employee relation, absolutely no employee engagement, HR is just to fill replacement against attrition, please do not expect any salary hike whether you do good or bad, simple increase may come to your way every 2 - 3 years.
No matter how you perform, please do not expect any appreciation or reward.
But I must let you know that till I was there, they always paid salary before 3rd of every month.
Simple life and easy going company : they avoid taking risk to grow.
One of the worst companies I worked for took contracts from other companies and provided IT-related services, so when they took contact from the company and agreed on anything that the client asked. If you need any help from Accel, they do not even pick up your phone, and if the client made any changes, they don't even ask you regarding the changes and forcefully take your concern. In layman's language, they hired labourers, not employees. They only give you foul hope and promises.
There is an issue have not increase the salery. I have completed one year and there is no change and the service is not satisfactory. The HR have no support there is no helping the HR side.
