Accel front line is not providing good enogh salary and there is no other accommodations . There is job security .. Management not all encourageing the candiates .. they are not giving any promotions or best increment to the experience employees

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 20-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Mainly salary provide very low, no any allowance provide company ,you work let night work or extra work but no any allowance give company, no any incentive, and not any facilities. Deduction part of bonus cut your salary and give bonus.
