Company was too good to work. Salary structure was good & they were very conscious about the health & safety prospect of their employees. That was key aspect the management of this organisation.

They are encouraging the nepotism culture here in this lovely organization. They are spoiling the careers of many individuals. Acc as a company is too good but there are some people who thinks that they are in top management & they can do whatever they want to do.

Opportunity to learn and excel in the soft skills for any sales professional, Very aggressive top management, Decent salary hikes and paid bonus in 2020 and 2021, Management is inclined towards green and eco friendly products.

Doesn't care employee well being, no job security, Management interest is only cash & cost control, employee cannot avail his leaves whenever required, One has to sacrifice all the personal things and work for them.

Salary and incentives are above cement trade standard.

Dislikes

A long list - 1. Negative work life balance, concall starts at 8am and sales target pressure and manager's calls stays till 11pm, Employees are forced to achieve daily figures on sunday's , concalls are specifically done on Sunday to build pressure. 2. Mileage allowance were cut down by current management, therefore you end up spending from your own pocket. 3. Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4. HR policy here is a big joke, any kind of workplace harassment or torture complaint will go unanswered. 5. Career Growth in the organisation in zero, employees end up working on the same role for decades even after good performances. 6. Knowledge and skill development or chances for career transition are is impossible. Any person looking to grow has to be the bosses' bootlicker to get ahead. 7. The best day in a person's tenure in ACC would be the day when he would resign from the organization.
