Company was too good to work. Salary structure was good & they were very conscious about the health & safety prospect of their employees. That was key aspect the management of this organisation.

Dislikes

They are encouraging the nepotism culture here in this lovely organization. They are spoiling the careers of many individuals. Acc as a company is too good but there are some people who thinks that they are in top management & they can do whatever they want to do.

Good salary package. That made me stick on to it for a long period. Exploring more place as part of business promotion.

Work life balance was difficult. Company culture change when management changed.

Opportunity to learn and excel in the soft skills for any sales professional, Very aggressive top management, Decent salary hikes and paid bonus in 2020 and 2021, Management is inclined towards green and eco friendly products.

Dislikes

Doesn't care employee well being, no job security, Management interest is only cash & cost control, employee cannot avail his leaves whenever required, One has to sacrifice all the personal things and work for them.

... is good about acc. Company provides an opportunity to their off roll employees. They always want to promote or hire someone who is working in the organization either on third party pay roll or on junior level. HR policies are tremendous.

Dislikes

Not much but sometimes work life balance is difficult to maintain.

Good Working culture &environment. Teammatea are supportive company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If vacancy available then company join new person but existing employees not given chance.
