Working for ACC is like working for government. Good job security. Monthly salary on time. Incentives, increaments and promotion are on time and without any biases.

Dislikes

I dislike the official leadership they have. Look, I have a lot of good ideas, and I try to pursue them, try to help the company. But my position does not allow me to suggest any improvement.

Salary and incentives are above cement trade standard.

Dislikes

A long list - 1. Negative work life balance, concall starts at 8am and sales target pressure and manager's calls stays till 11pm, Employees are forced to achieve daily figures on sunday's , concalls are specifically done on Sunday to build pressure. 2. Mileage allowance were cut down by current management, therefore you end up spending from your own pocket. 3. Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4. HR policy here is a big joke, any kind of workplace harassment or torture complaint will go unanswered. 5. Career Growth in the organisation in zero, employees end up working on the same role for decades even after good performances. 6. Knowledge and skill development or chances for career transition are is impossible. Any person looking to grow has to be the bosses' bootlicker to get ahead. 7. The best day in a person's tenure in ACC would be the day when he would resign from the organization.

Too old working culture. Not better place for young professional.All system is hijacked by older people. Old people create cartels. And harrest new joinee. They think that they know all the things but they are actually zero in modern business environment. In short Babugiri pura hai system me.

1. Full freedom to perform, 2. Good working culture, 3. If you want, you can applying your whole knowledge (logical) & management also support you, 4. If you want, you will be able to increase your confidence, knowledge, skill

Dislikes

1. Salary dose not increase based on performance, 2. Management decision changes frequently, 3. In most of cases management saw with ears instead of eyes.

Likes

Company was too good to work. Salary structure was good & they were very conscious about the health & safety prospect of their employees. That was key aspect the management of this organisation.

Dislikes

They are encouraging the nepotism culture here in this lovely organization. They are spoiling the careers of many individuals. Acc as a company is too good but there are some people who thinks that they are in top management & they can do whatever they want to do.
