Company was too good to work. Salary structure was good & they were very conscious about the health & safety prospect of their employees. That was key aspect the management of this organisation.

They are encouraging the nepotism culture here in this lovely organization. They are spoiling the careers of many individuals. Acc as a company is too good but there are some people who thinks that they are in top management & they can do whatever they want to do.

Good for Hospitality and timingly salary.

...Top management requirements only for his timing after they forget. No trainings. Salary increment is very bad. Toomuch of work load and mind depression.

Nothing to like now, as Adani taken over all the plants, and directly started sacking of employees. So, I would suggest not to join this company.

No job security , no salary growth, no appraisal, no promotion, no work life balance, adani want only profit.

Opportunity to learn and excel in the soft skills for any sales professional, Very aggressive top management, Decent salary hikes and paid bonus in 2020 and 2021, Management is inclined towards green and eco friendly products.

Doesn't care employee well being, no job security, Management interest is only cash & cost control, employee cannot avail his leaves whenever required, One has to sacrifice all the personal things and work for them.

Good Working culture &environment. Teammatea are supportive company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If vacancy available then company join new person but existing employees not given chance.
