Work from home so it feels a bit flexible

poor salary Unrealistic targets No prior training no skill developments programs are conducted they just tell you the guidelines and we just have to follow that blindly , Just providing guidelines is not a training , you must tell how to make the starboards more creatively.

Long working hours with high percentage of screen activity, low salary sometimes less than 1k, unachievable and human impossible targets, poor work culture, employees will not get to know whom to contact for any kind of issues, employees will not get the salary discussed with HR.

There is nothing to like in this company.. Don't trust on any positive review. Perhaps they are new or any other reasons.. But all positive reviews are fake.i dnt even wants to give 1 star to this 3rd class managment thing which calls itself as company.

...things are target based..They will not pay at time. They not give full payment.. Even if u give all your 10000% they will find some any reason and Will cut the salary nd sometimes they will not pay you for 1.5-2 months.. There is no job security.. Once their requirment is finished they will fire you.. They don't have enough project.. Only some peoples are good rest all are more than worst.. And most imp is the experience from here is not of any importance. If u hv skills please go to some other company please dont go into this trap.. You will have to suffer mentally and economically..

I do not think any positive things are related to this company. I would like to tell you the story in brief. I joined as a research associate. I worked as a content writer. On the first day, we had an induction program and some training about the work. from the second day onwards they assigned me the proper work to do. Initially, they did not tell about the completion of a target. Every company has some target to achieve that is alright but they expect the employee to achieve after getting used to it. But here is something different, They expect from the first day to complete the target. 20 people joined me in the company, and within a week 15 left the company. Because of the unachievable target. But I did not leave because it was the first company I had to learn something. I used to work like 12 to 13 hours a day to achieve the target but could not reach the target. There is something interesting rule of this company, if you are not able to complete the target for a day, the remaining work will be added to the next day. it is added day by day if we can't reach the target. I was a newcomer at the company learning things how to do and they were expecting me to complete the target. the working hours of the company are 9 hours including 45 mins for lunch. Senior employees of the company still can't complete the target. we can complete the target but not in the 9 hours. it requires 15 to 16 hours to complete the target. and they don't consider the extra hours we put in.

the second part, I worked for a month. I was expecting my full salary in the next month. they provide the salary after the 10th of every month. on the 12th of the next month, I got my salary. they deducted one-fourth of my salary for the lag of the work. That thing shocked me. I approached some senior who calls themselves officer. I told them the issue, and they said they will into look this and solve the issue. I tried to contact HR about the deduction in my salary. He did not listen to the problem and ignored me after that. I tried contacting him again and again, but he ignored me every time. Senior officers started giving some excuses like they were busy, and did not have time to discuss the problem. After all this, I decided to resign. I resigned the next day, they approved my resignation within 30 minutes like they were ready for this. All this happened. This company hires new employees throughout the year. most employees leave this company after a month of knowing that they care only about the target and don't listen to the problem. Please don't waste your precious time and talent by working in a such company. Look for a better company. All the best

... and activity check.. Which makes it compulsory to be online for the 9 hours.. Since it was a target based job if you don't reach the target they will deduct your salary.. The targets were always out of reach.. Overall my experience of working was not at all satisfactory.
