Colleague are very good, work culture is decent not stressful and very good senior mentors , will learn work from them.

Salary structure very bad, Leave Policy worst , they cut salary even if you are in dying moment. No proper channeling of work. Worst hiring process whatever you are getting asked to join you in less and after joining you will get your appointment letter that's too can take upto 1month.

No employee leave benefits. No national holiday. No hike in salary. Salary varies from 10th to 18th of the month. Humiliate while giving salary. Expect employees to invest in projects and running office expenses. Reimbursements after 25th of the next month

Dislikes

Poor work culture, zero work life balance, employee compensation and benefits is a joke, management and most of the senior employees are most unprofessional. No hr policy, no leave policy, employees are expected to spend all their time at the office irrespective of working hours. The longer you stay at the organization the more disrespectful it gets for you.

... Holidays without following the National and Festival Holiday Act to compensate. No bonus given. Also, there is no PF benefits given. HRs are just puppets to the management and have no real responsibilities except hiring which is done here throughout the month. Anything you say to the HR will be asked to communicate directly to the management.
