Dislikes

One of my main concerns is that management could provide more support, especially when it comes to feedback and guidance. Additionally, I feel that work-life balance could be better prioritized; sometimes, workloads can be overwhelming. Another issue is that communication can be unclear at times, leading to confusion on project expectations.
