Dislikes

Work life balance is nill. They practically put you under the bus for no fault of yours. Expect you to work on your vacation and work for 18 hours on a daily basis. There is no connection between management and employees. Management wants you to change in to the ways that are ancient and which might not work. Hire 5 people to work 30 members work.

Likes

It focuses on each and every employee and make sures everyone is getting enough opportunities to showcase themselves and climb up the ladder.

Dislikes

It is not an MNC, so many things are not properly set up instead with every experience, company tries to make amends to its policies, culture, guidlines to make things better. So its a work in progress.

Job is very secure if you are productive if you less then they will give you chance to become productive, policies are in favor of employee

Dislikes

I didn't see anything wrong in thi company it is good for fresher and experienced person
