I have worked with APS for over 1 year and I like my job. I have been promoted and also received a salary hike of 60 per cent. This company is good, recognises good employees and also rewards them appropriately. Some employees want to work in this company by taking unapproved leaves, not showing up to work and for that the company does take action. Otherwise if you focus at your work and don't get side tracked this can be a great learning platform for you.

Sometimes have to stay after shift to complete work. But, it doesn't happen everyday.

...o like here. This is the worst company of my life .They didn't pay you on time . Every time you have to wait for 2 months for your previous salary. They are not going to provide you leave no matter what happens. If by mistake you are late even for 5 minutes, then you will have to cover up the time.

Absolute Peoples Screen is a joke , a horrible joke . Please Do not Waste your time here. The directors of the company did not care about you. They just need work .

...re there is nothing to rate this organization. Here you will never get holidays. Salary is very less, work culture is worst. Its a family union company both ceo and director are husband and wife. They can extend your probation after completing your probably. Simply worst company.

Compensation is not so good. Cannot take leaves in probation period excluding serious medical condition. Will be called for meeting if did something wrong. Growth is slow.

Colleagues are cooperative and a individual can learn alot from this company as a beginner.

... their mobile phones while working they have to keep their mobiles in almirah. Salary's are also low however, company is working on it and improving the salary and incentive policies.
