Good work environment and culture. Teammates are really supportive and management is transparent. Appraisals are fair every year.

Decent salary but slow career growth. Proper training is not provided to new joiners. Sometimes managers actually overburden an employee.

Skill development opportunities are given in ample amount during the training period.

Compensation is very less. Changing your role to your desired post will not be given untill or unless you are 7 or more years older employee.

Too much office politics Incompetent senior management. Career growth only for those who constantly do flattery. They dont have much projects to work upon. They just have one project which is very badly coded and still they keep deriving new projects from it by just adding some changes to it.

Just the office location, apart from that company itself has no values.

Everything....No work-Life Balance, NO appraisals, Zero work ethics, just company running on employees working from past 10-15 years.

Please don’t joint this company. They only hire people to meet targets and fire them at the first opportunity they will get. I say it with a heavy heart this company has spoiled my career and i would request you to avoid this

Hire and fire policy. They do not care about employees only about hiring people and they don’t have any projects to allocate them. Mass firing has been happening and they force employees to resign without any reason. Keep this company as last option in the world.
