People are free like my colleagues and superiors. Work load is there but compared to other Inspection companies stress level or pressure is less. Normaly it is only single call per day and reporting also we can send it in a day 2.

Dislikes

No extracurricular activities to compensate the load or stress. Offshore is quite hectic as the rotation or workmen is poor. Should have been 30 days in and out but sadly its not as once people come onshore to spend some time with family again in few days and sometimes within a week again have to go to offshore for months. This is the only reason why people left ABS.

Likes

One of the best companies to work with. Very awesome culture. Company policies are very supportive to employees. Although this all is limited to other than India Offices. In India their higher management is worst.

Dislikes

Indian Management. Although Company is fantastic.
