... decision is final. No democracy in the management body. No job security at all. In 2020 almost 600 permanent employees had been saced with a minimum compensation like begger. I am one of the 600 employees. The reason for chatai was covid 19. Company politics are dangerous like poisionous snake. These all points are dislike by me, if you get your lobby then you are safe, this is like no. 1 and no. 2 is if you enter the right politics there are no need to work.

Tremendous politics and lobbybazi, and lang maramari. From outside you cannot understand, but when you enter inside you can feel my experience.

Only my departmental colleagues attitude was very good.

Dislikes

Attitude of high pay management staff. The salary difference between them and executives are very big. The maximum work responsibility on the shoulder of executives and the managers are just like dictator.

Nothing at all. No support. Lost my job during Covid. Approx 40% workforce reduction. Also, they are known for politics and layoff. Do be careful before joining them.

No orientation for process. Nothing happens on records or documented. Even the salary break up isn't mentioned on the appointment letter. It will be sent to you on mail seperately before the offer letter is handed over to you. Offer letter or appointment letter doesn't have a mention.

There is no support in this COVID crisis. They have laiedoff 200+ employees during this lockdown without any extra compensation. Management is careless and only change their deparments, although business revenue does not change. Its downward. Dont recomend please.

Unnecessary politics. Lack of professional attitude. No job secirity. Dont think long term career in it. No business ethics.

Full of favourism. No proper plan of growth. Lack of vision in digital department. Only few persons of Product department are aware of the actual requirements and to explain.
