...iscontinued no chance for job and career growth is poor for implementation team. salary structure too poor as IT standerd and also appraisal given to employee is not fixed even annual appraisal system

MD sir guidance to the employees. Overall training sessions, knowledge sharing, Client relationship development, on time salary, encouragement, skill development, audit process. I am a Diamond employee but some how I m force to exit :(

Very good for freshers.Multi module exposure.Good culture , Good Team members & managers.Can surely create base / platform from which consultant can have higher aspirations ahead for career in Sap field.

Not much scope to get developed in customization & config areas in module. Compensation is also a concern for span of 3+ years .

1.Not getting salary on time 2.HR team Never answer on salary and benefits 3.False commitment while hiring 4.Not credeting Reimbersement amount 5.No work Culture 6.Worked 12 to 16 Hrs. 7. Only 1 leave in Month ( 6 days Working).
