ABM is an established but growing IT Company & strong in its domain. Working with such Companies is really tough but a lot of learning experience.

I don't think they ask for more than what they pay you for. So, nothing that I dislike about ABM.

MD sir guidance to the employees. Overall training sessions, knowledge sharing, Client relationship development, on time salary, encouragement, skill development, audit process. I am a Diamond employee but some how I m force to exit :(

Non Respect of the loyal employees, less salary increment

Very good for freshers.Multi module exposure.Good culture , Good Team members & managers.Can surely create base / platform from which consultant can have higher aspirations ahead for career in Sap field.

Not much scope to get developed in customization & config areas in module. Compensation is also a concern for span of 3+ years .
