Salary is not decent & career growth is very slow.

The company is excellent for skill development and learning.I loved to work in challenging comapny. I get utilize my accounting skill and knowledge to handle the accounts and finance of the company. Like to work with different new projects. Preparing the budget for the projects, recording the accounting transactions, preparing the reports and handling the audit of the projects and annual audit of the organization. It is great experience to work with the Abhivyakti Foundation.

Dislikes

Overall work of the comapny is good but the compensation is not on time. As salary is based on the projects fund, so it is not on time.some times have to work without compensation for 4-5 months.So, it is very difficult to sustain in daily life activities.

Conducive environment, here we r provided an opportunity to explore more.we r working in a team. There is no hierarchy.

Dislikes

Actually it's an NGO and we r working on the project funded by Government so sometimes we get our salaries late. Releasing of the funds take time of 3-6months.
