Like to work with different new projects. Dislikes

Overall work of the comapny is good but the compensation is not on time. As salary is based on the projects fund, so it is not on time.some times have to work without compensation for 4-5 months.So, it is very difficult to sustain in daily life activities.

Conducive environment, here we r provided an opportunity to explore more.we r working in a team. There is no hierarchy.

Dislikes

Actually it's an NGO and we r working on the project funded by Government so sometimes we get our salaries late. Releasing of the funds take time of 3-6months.

Programme Management and my work is quite interesting becoz I get the opportunity to interact with different individuals and to know about them.
