Nothing literally nothing company is too toxic

Company has too toxic environment even employee not getting salary not on time. Worst experience in this company, senior have no valve to your position, even they force you to do extra hours and work but they not given overtime.

Despite the effort of few staff members with generous approach. The overall team dynamic is being affected by inconsistent attitude and lack of professionalism

...aniacal attitude creating negative atmosphere and dissatisfaction in employees .They withholding salary, reliving letters and unjust salary deductions of weekends .There is No HR policy and HR act as mere intermediary b/w Sr Management & Employees .Also timely salary disbursement remain uncertain.

...lu person likes if you fear him, bow in front of him, shiver in front of him. they hire you on attractive package, then shortly giving reason of unsatisfactory performance they will cut your salary and make you realize that it was a bad decision to join this co. Boss's right hand Mallu asked me to write such unethical policy for employees and I denied to do so. Also I was not bowing or shivering in front of him, so he treated this as his insult. then he played his game and on one holiday morning boss called me and said me that "we don't need your services, we don't have money to pay so don't come from tomorrow." So you can think of how much security you have in this co. This is the same person (owner) who was behind me for almost 1 month to joined the co. while I was already working. Not only with me but before that also they removed one girl from admin department just because she affected by covid and she was the first person in the office who was affected by covid so they removed the poor girl instantly. they removed 3 HR managers in the time period of 2-3 months without giving any justification. they hire HR and after 2-3 moths they remove. this is the way they deal. They are LALA Co. and there is no place for HR. the use of abusive language is very normal for higher management to the employees and HOD's specially to male employees. They are very unprofessional and unethical. My dear friend, If you have anything in your hand please, please don't leave to join this co. and ruin your career.

Working with Abhishek Millennium is a great opportunity for me. The company has a great value in the market because of their quality work. They always support their employees to achieve their goals. It is one of the well known company in the field of Plumbing and fire fighting work for building construction and shopping malls, as well as famous for its external infrastructure works in basement and under ground areas.

Higher authorities have their of way of treating the lower level employees, even if the employees are capable of doing a work
