The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

iam an computer operator employs in othaim more then 6 years ,and is good to work in othaim merket ..

othaim paid very little salary ,that is why ,most of the employs not satisfied to work in othaim.that is the dislike for every ones and me to.

Depending on only one country and make Arabic language person (without saudi), make sure all are equal without any different in work for example:-if a Egyptian on any Arabic person work in vegetable section he was the supervisor in system he was sells man. Othaim have very non workable place if the person non Arabic.

Good career and work is good and we increase the knowledge of computer works and excell development skills

In Abdullah al othaim company is good but I will do work in zod bakery is one of the office is othaim zod bakery system is very bad and have no formalities no culture no systematic work

Working with Abdullah Al othaim markets is a great pleasure for me as it's a large company with around 300 branches over Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The experience is overall good. We work under pressure and though we are able to deliver our work perfectly. The facilities and the system of the company is overall good.

Dislikes

The only thing which I disliked is the growth which I can never get in that company. No matter how you work you will remain as a computer operator for years and years.
