During this lockdown the company deducted 30% of the salary in the month of April and 65% in the month of May. The company started it's normal office activity from 14th May 2020 violating the Government norms. There is no proper sanitization of office and the work at the office is in full swing.

Very bad in maintaining decipline, rules and regulations, work is not systematic or organized , never get salary on time no increment, no promotion, fake promises No safety,very less equipment to work on Overall worst company

... all his relatives on every site and they are doing too much corruption on site. No time of salary. Non technical person are more at site who are ruling at site.

...n is also not willing to change the company culture. Absolutely worst company. Never join even if you get a 10 times higher package from your present earning.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
