I worked for at 4.5 year. Join as GET in Piramal Healthcare and within 3 months its become Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and after 1 year confirm as an executive. Scope for learning is there. And i learned a lot. First Utility and then Maintenance of plant equipment. Also. Getting opportunities for FAT of equipment at foriegn country is really cool all thanks.to.New Engineering Head..

...ne for stopping Production activities. We feel very harassment during 4 years. Salary hike. 3. We didn't get good increment as i join at very less salary but due to % based increment 10% is very less and all big increment goes to managers.. Thats true.. 4. Less documentation knowledge and false practices. Manager works since Piramal Healthcare and didn't get evaluated. And they use to hide or falsified data. I left Abbott due to these reasons. Sorry to say but i worked really Hard but didn't Get fruit i want. Its my personal view and didn't Want to blame anyone.

Not providing parental insurance, They have policy for parental insurance but you have to pay premium which is to high, If compare with corporate insurance.

Toxic Manager's,Lack of Support from Newly promoted Manager's,Not Skilled enough to Handle the Team' and Poor Team Management. Harassment from Manager's to TBMs

Everything is good except promotions & CTC.

Dislikes

Proper salary corrections are not happening as per age & experiencing. Iam 34 years old, having 9 years experience in Abbott with 6.2 lac CTC. my juniors with 26 years old & 2 years of experience is having more than 8 lac CTC. Training department has not designed promotions in proper way. That’s why I resigned to company.

...ulture is good. 2) Get to learn about more scientific knowledge about product. 3) Less deduction in salary.

Dislikes

1) When product market share gets down, the upper management sales team start to pressurise more and keep mettings on meeting. 2) Forget about the Promotion and yearly increment.
