...i dislike they don't care your loyalty and continuity. I worked 8 and half year. When i joined 2015 my salary was 13000 and when i rid my salary is 21700 in oct 23 But i my target was 1.5k to 17.40k I deliber but they deliberately did increase my salary. This is biggest problem of all employers in India which is also another way effect indian market per capita income and increase the order of inequality.I hope employers do consider it.

Not providing parental insurance, They have policy for parental insurance but you have to pay premium which is to high, If compare with corporate insurance.

Toxic Manager's,Lack of Support from Newly promoted Manager's,Not Skilled enough to Handle the Team' and Poor Team Management. Harassment from Manager's to TBMs

Everything is good except promotions & CTC.

Proper salary corrections are not happening as per age & experiencing. Iam 34 years old, having 9 years experience in Abbott with 6.2 lac CTC. my juniors with 26 years old & 2 years of experience is having more than 8 lac CTC. Training department has not designed promotions in proper way. That’s why I resigned to company.

...ulture is good. 2) Get to learn about more scientific knowledge about product. 3) Less deduction in salary.

1) When product market share gets down, the upper management sales team start to pressurise more and keep mettings on meeting. 2) Forget about the Promotion and yearly increment.
