...ives to go through the testing time for mindwellness. They didnt do any lay off. Salary is also not deducted.As company really good. However, There is increase in pressure at work multiple folds. Most of review meetings are kept on Friday and Monday so with no option left but to prepare at weekends. Family time is lost. Late night works increased. If family is unwell, The pending work is to be managed at night or weekends leaving no room for decent rest. If the vacancy is not filled then operation work of the brands has to be managed for almost 3-4 months taking on toll on health above one’s own brand. Been victim of manipulation and disrespect in team surroundings. I count days to leave the company but due to covid cant find another job.
