...ives to go through the testing time for mindwellness. They didnt do any lay off. Salary is also not deducted.As company really good. However, There is increase in pressure at work multiple folds. Most of review meetings are kept on Friday and Monday so with no option left but to prepare at weekends. Family time is lost. Late night works increased. If family is unwell, The pending work is to be managed at night or weekends leaving no room for decent rest. If the vacancy is not filled then operation work of the brands has to be managed for almost 3-4 months taking on toll on health above one’s own brand. Been victim of manipulation and disrespect in team surroundings. I count days to leave the company but due to covid cant find another job.

You have to satisfy the ego of your boss and should be ready to give money to stockiest to do your target. If you don't do your target, you will be targeted and will be blackmailed

The company will best in class training to you in product and therapeutic area, Abbott speciality care is best and culture will be excellent and never join in primary care the scenario is entirely different

Compensation is decent but last year hike was only 2 %

Here look like mnc but culture is like Indian company. Very high pressure.Incriment is very less. Upper managers treat Area manager like no value.

Management is very pathetic for few divisions. Specifically in cardiology division Mr. Jayakumar who is NSM in one of the division is very unethical person and always promote to do unethical practices. Few ZBM also involved in it. The who do not do unethical practices for sale. Mr JAYA KUAMR will pressurise them, ultimately they have to left company. Abuse in meeting, always do personal attack. Anyone who is working in abbott can verify his sale data and his discounted order. It’s total unethical practise. Abbott should check it should be taken action against him. Manoj sir should take action against these kind of people. I know Manoj sir who is head of cardiology cluster is very kind and always take action against unethical practice, may be he is unaware about the unethical practice done by Mr Jaya kumar and his close ZBM
