Salary is on time. Weekend holiday. Great cafeteria. Pick up and drop from both bandra and kurla station.

Dislikes

Increment expectation should be kept low. Skill development is negligible. Appreciation, Appraisal shouldn't be expected MNC working culture is only for name sake.

Gud job &the management company policy are good, they give good salary but they didn't give bonus that one'thing only not fair other wise they doing wonderfull job

Thanks for given me an opportunity to share my openion... Abbott is always premier in advanced technology, Its really appreciable. My team mates and seniors are very highbrows and intellectuals. Training is very useful and adoptable in technology. Job security and career growth is evergreen.

...eful and satisfied salary so for, because i am a staff with Abbott distributor. Still the compensation is little decent but my growth is very slow, the work pressure is too high when i works 12 hours and next days early schedule. Which is a really painful.

Abbott has a very open culture with excellent work-life balance. During the covid pandemic, we were working from home until august end with no pay cuts.

Dislikes

The company is into its exponential growth phase so job security is an issue. Increments are basic (8 to 9%) just like other companies.

Provide good inputs and training also good salary.

Drawback is ditician are not direct employee in this renowned company they are actually employee of maven this is the big draw back... and the second thing is in this company the type of work of dietician is not reputed...
