Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls.no values to juniors.no future growth.

No compensation, groth slow, always pressurised, no life security no insurance. no any medical facility Because We were not hired by the company we were hired by super Stokist So company should be think about this situation. Thanks
