Limited growth, less compensation, internal politics, artificially created work pressure to satisfy some non required position

Safety rules and regulations. Training and development.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

Having good culture Flexible working conditions Managers and colleagues are very supportive

Having issue with salary thing didn't match with the current industry standard for existing experienced employees

Salary is comparatively higher than other manufacturing companies. Good work culture. Supportive management. Good performers are usually recognised and rewarded.

Dislikes

Little to no HR activities like team outings, team dinners etc. very little learning opportunities inside the company.
