I had worked in INOPC Plant Electrification team, management is worst with lot of politics and no concern of employee about their work, work life balance, learning and development. Managers are only concerned about loading the team members with any kind of work It is a dead end for technical learning and development.

It is nice company to work and always gives first priority for employees safety. They aren't master payers but giving good exposure to your career.

Pay is less compared in market. Need to be more market sensitive

...s a proper level of career growth defined for all. Salary/appraisal - Very poor. Large amount of CTC package been deducted each year for all employee as part of Variable pay. At year end the company shows the revenue as loss and deduct mostly all the variable pay.

In the past few years a lot of management change has happened and got concentrated in India which has significantly reduced the overall quality, healthy competition is now missing, senior management has been placing its own puppets to control the teams.

Likes

Working since 2020. The company culture and policies are very employee friendly and employee centric. Work life balance is good. Increment is as per market.

Dislikes

Manager often calls to office even when the work can be done remotely.
