Mostly everything.. mental harassment is the reason why I left Abacus. I joined Abacus with compromised salary in comparison to other offers cuz the position they were offering was new to me and I wanted to learn. But to my bad luck I was tagged to a senior lady who did not care about anything.. As she was forced to train me.. she took a call of almost 5 hours making me learn about all 17 to 20 websites they use to handle business. Tell me is it possible to memorise all portal usage and their clients in just 5 hours? This was her plan.. cuz the team couldn’t resist a man.. after all it was all female gang.. Saira was the only person who was really sweet and had some patience. Anyways there were a lot a challenges within the team.. even the manager of the team from US was kinda rude and always bossy.

Company Culture and behavior is good. HR also available at need time. company have nice projects . provides good opportunities.

There is no bench concept. delay in salary hike ( It depends on management decision but not on our work performance )

You can learn with this organization not because you will have various vertical.. But because they will pressurise you.. So you need to learn a thing within just a month or you will have to face escalations.

...I knew my value when I left this company and now I am in a too much great place. Even they will fool you with joining bonus which yoh will never get. If you ask your HR regarding this then they will give you a nice excuse, only people who are really upfront can survive here (may be) or else you are fired. Even they have a great partiality business like they will give preference to people of same linguistic match or people from those area.

Smooth process and quick response from the HR Team inorder to provide the employee services ,any information required. Abacus provides good oppurtunities based on the employee skills. Abacus has Multliple clients, Working with Abacus makes us good feel while working.

Hybrid Flexibility Pick/ Cab drop for female employees. There are lot of clients associate with the company

There is a lot of pressure in this company. They will treat you as humans only if you have achieved your targets. There is a lot of turnover rate in the company. whoever joins in the company are leaving within 1 to 2 weeks Bad Incentive structure and No recurring incentives Hr Communication: There is no smooth onboarding process. They will not intimate you about the things required before joining such as Laptop etc. and They will ask you required onboarding documents multiples times. There are lot of Office politics in the company. They will ask you to make min of 65 calls with 3 submissions or else you should be making more than 100 a day Targets: 3 sub for Non IT admin, 2 sub for Non IT prof 65 calls only of you have achieved your target or else 100+ calls(The calls in which talktime 15 sec or above will be counted)
