I liked the fact that anybody can reach out to the senior management people anytime.

Dislikes

There are so many things which i did not like about this company. List below: 1. Salary does not come on time. They just give excuses that they have not received payments from clients because of which they do not pay the employees on time. 2. The company has no physical presence in India. They have just registered their name in India, but there is no office, no bank accounts setup. The salary comes directly from UAE which will be a problem for people in India. 3. No specific documentation of processes. 4. No appointment letter or salary slips are given to employees. 5. FnF never happens after an employee leaves this organization. 6. No form-16, no PF, no benefits apart from the on hand salary. No benefits in income tax returns as well. A big loss for all Indian employees. 7. Work culture is not really good. They fire employees without any strong reasons. People get terminated every now and then with no genuine reasons. 8. Job security is the biggest issue. 9. No commitment from the management about anything. 10. No processes and policies so far. 11. Extended work hours. Zero work life balance. 12. A lot of corporate politics within the upper management people. 13. No rewards and recognition. No appraisals. No salary increment or promotions happen. 14. UAE employees always create problems for the Indian employees. 15. I can mention 100 other things, but these are the major issues.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
