...mers aur non performers sab same hai.koi fayda nahi hai jyada perform krne se...Sabse kam salary 10000 hai yahan aur 10000 me 50000 ka kaam karaate hai.aur incentive ka lalach dete hai bo bhi 90 din baad aata hai..... Mere hisaab se kisi bhi company me chale janaa but isme nahi....

Almost are good in aavas family but company policies including ROI Senior staff are not help in Relationship officers And Business managers are not experienced and knowledgeable in my experienc...

There is a lot of politics going on in the branch, no one works on skill development, only those who flatter their seniors are supported. no talking manners senior There is absolutely no way for seniors to talk to their juniors here, they are always let down.

There is a new company for our odisha market. lot of politics here. Salary is decent but growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
