Its an horrible company with its dictator MD, Sanjay Chavan. Salary of employees are with held without any intimation. Salary of months are paid on or after mid of next month. Full and final settlements are withheld for almost all outgoing employees. Culture of the company is extremely bad. IT SIMPLY HIRES AND THEN FIRES. None of its employees are happy here. There is no PF(Provident Fund) to its employees although its in contravention to EPF rules of India. Company has not paid my 2 1/2 months salary & Incentive. In Feb 24, I filed a legal proceeding against the company to recover my total dues of Rs.16.5 Lakh. Some more outgoing employees whose outstanding payments hasn't been made yet are also joining in the forey of the legal proceeding with me. I strongly recommend the applicants not to join this company.....

Dislikes

Its attitude towards its own employees are extremely bad although they works hard and enhance the turnover of the company. MD of the company cheats not only its employees but also the Government by not complying with the its guidelines.

Passion to complete the work on time. MD is very passionate and aggressive Leader.

Dislikes

Company's policies not to train it's employees for skill development, innovations. There is no vision to expand its business to other verticals except Bungalow projects.
