I have been working with this company since last 5 years now and its an amazing daily work experience. Everyday is a new learning since i am here. The management of the company is very supportive during this covid 19 lockdown situation where they have this belief that we are responsible to give bread and butter to each and every stakeholder during this pandemic situation. Which is very necessary. Off course every organisation is facing many challenges currently and the coping mechanisms are different. But at this crucial time if the management thinks about its employees more that what are the profits is a great thing.
