HR is worst, and no response, salary hold any time, medical facilities only for fake , claim not Settled in any condition. No any support to our employee, no transfer after completing the project

Salary on time . This company good for fresher or those having 2 to 3 years of experience.This company good for having experience in perticular field or project.

Dislikes

Aarvi not interfere if you engage any dispute with client aarvi always in favour of her client not employee. Aarvi encon deploy a Project manager which will manage team according to own interest. If you are ready to give him wine or any party then will always in your favour. They treat you like labour nothing else . There is no CL/PL & any other medical leave. Worst leave policy.

No relocation allowance,No fooding Arrangement,No job security,salary not at fixed time,Hr don't receive phone after u join.Cordinator is not good,rooms not good.travelling arrangement not good.

We are learning with oil and gas petrochemicals laboratory instruments operation , analysis, and skills development improve our knowledge and carrier growth itself.

Dislikes

Because of low salary packages in off shore job we need to more salary expectations.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
