The company has built a reputation over a period. I was lucky enough to get one of the good managers, who did not believe in breaking our backs to get the worth out of salary. We got fair permits to use office resources. The head office has some really smart and educated crowd. People in the office still live frugally when possible, which is good to see. We had health checkups right in office.

...lause from our contracts without discussion. During Covid, we were all at home. A few employees were selected, only they were given full time work and salary while the rest got nothing. The bias continued for many months. When I left the company, they reduced my experience letter by all months I didn't receive salary or work from them stating had no attendance (Lockdowns were still active and no one was summoned to office ever). They didn't give any work or salary for 10 months. When I found another job, joined immediately and resigned, they charged me 3 months salary because I gave resignation and didn't serve notice period. I'm in conversations of doing this right, but they won't receive calls now. My manager was good, but I saw engineers under other managers work like dogs at site. Minimal breaks, slog under sun. They were made to stay in cheapest lodges, the manager made the fake bills and cut a commission. Some revolted and they got fired within a month for poor or no output at site. I gave Aarvee more than half a decade. I did same work for 5-6 years. I got no opportunity to learn more or earn more. Even when directly requested, the company didn't have much for individual's development and growth. Only the project mattered to them.

...e. This very person decides who to stay and who not to stay in the Organisation. This Project Manager main assistant simply takes 120,000 per month Salary and not even work but comes to office just for chit chat with others. I don't how he have become a proof consultant/interview consultant. So, Guys please don't join this Buildings division in this company as your career will be ruined. Associate Vice President of this division is a two tongued Women. Project Manager is a Honey Coated Sword.

As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

Dislikes

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

Iam taking about Railway Department . You can get salary on time that is all ! Some officials are good some are worst . They won't understand your problem , if they are giving salary means you have to do it any way !

Treat employees like labourers ... No respect to employees . You have to risk your life to do work , still no appraisal .

Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.

Dislikes

Appraisal is filled up 9 months back but increment in salary not done till date. Communication gap between head office and site.
