As I am working here at Aara Education Consultancy from the past 2 years the experience is quite great. I learned so many things from all the team members. Vinni and Arpan are quite supporting they help us to learn and grow from the basic. Team here is very much supportive and understanding evryone is always there to help each other. As we are an Education counsellors we always make sure to give the best suggestions as per students interest and needs so they can achieve their goals.

The current arrangement of having only one day off per week can be mentally and physically demanding at times. Introducing the option of an alternate Saturday off would provide a welcome solution, allowing employees to enjoy a more balanced schedule.

Over the Span of nearly two years working with Aara Consultancy I have had the chance to work with fantastic coworkers who help each other, making our work place friendlier. One most satisfactory aspect witnessed is that students are directed to appropriate study places, ensuring they are aligned with the academic interest and capabilities. Arpan and Vinni, as owners, have consistently provided invaluable support, creating a place where people can learn various skills.

At times, having only one day off leads to exhaustion affecting the work-life balance.
