...ment expects employees to work till late at night without any specific urgency. Got salary at 7th of every month. On some months it was delayed till 12 th.

Apart from the last client with whom I worked nothing was there to like.

Salary is paid on 7th of a month, it could get delayed also... You'll be working in shifts from 1 PM or from 4PM just to get on calls with the clients. Projects are completely owned by client instead of ownership by people from Aapna.

Dis like about the Company: * Kindly Explain on what basis the hiring would happen * when you don't have enough time to review even profiles Submitted then why do u post in Job portal Sites * on what basis do u evaluate the candidate profile * even after matching all the pre requestee's posted in all the portal worst hiring Process
