Apart from the last client with whom I worked nothing was there to like.

Salary is paid on 7th of a month, it could get delayed also... You'll be working in shifts from 1 PM or from 4PM just to get on calls with the clients. Projects are completely owned by client instead of ownership by people from Aapna.

At times, internal processes can feel a bit lengthy, which may affect efficiency. Expanding training and mentorship programs could further enhance employee growth opportunities.

Leadership genuinely cares about the well being and professional development of the team, offering regular opportunities for training, mentorship and advancement.
