Job security is an issue. Used to fire people frequently even before covid-19. Year 2020 made the situation worse. People are always insecure about their job. Not much growth opportunities. Growth and firing depends on your rapport with your superiors, not your performance.

Very supporting atmosphere. Always influence and motivate to enhance skill. All staffs are very cooperative and friendly in nature. Very flexible in job and balancing professional life along with personal life. During lockdown all employees are working from home and time period of work reduce from 9hrs to 7hrs.

Dislikes

During lockdown business affected and many folks of the company had hard luck to be out of an organisation. Which is really very painful.

No job safety they can ask to leave u anytime once requirements is over

If u ever join the organisation u see the heads sitting there from the long time and running the company no promotion,nothing they will attract u before ur joining ,once you join real story comes in front of ur eyes
