...never any satisfaction. Employees are the biggest assets, can somebody tell him. Just because he gives salary doesn't mean people would do anything. Never had any one on one session with him, but heard he has no clue what management is!! I'm leaving too.. poor team HR.

They are just running there business and they all are one family of gujrati kanjoss people Vishal shah. In sabka Rohan shah. : A guy with 0 sence of work and being sitting as position of operations Ankur shah. Just behind money Deepak Manager :- always sugar couttingg there ASM don't have sence how to talk to there Co workers Never ever join this organisation as this people will force you to do sale sale sale this people are scamming the customers by giving default earing aids... And they say you to do follow up on old data... Wheather you are joining as a audiologist or CSO they will make ur life H*LL

Management is really poor, it's more worse to be compared with a "Lala ki Dukaan" here after all the interviews with DGM and COO even after finalising salary by HR and providing me an offer they even told me put resignation in my current company negotiate on notice period, kept me waiting for almost more than 15 days than after asking multiple times they answered that in a meeting they put that position on hold for now, worst company I will never recommend anyone to join this or even to participate in an interview with them.

Unwanted interview process requiring candidates to produce projects such as data and PowerPoint presentations that will be used for marketing activities and product promotion.Only during the last round of interviews will they confirm your roles and responsibilities. However, the position for which you have applied will not be applicable until they notify you. CTC negotiating is really bad in comparison to market standards. They will use your data and ideas without hiring you.

Everything. Zero transparency while recruitment about the designation of your roles and responsibilities, about other benefits. They will negotiate half the CTC of your existing one. Only revenue is their focus. No work life balance. Continuous monitoring even after completion of your field work. You won't get peace if you choose to join in this organization.
