Nothing, pathetic work environment. They have not paid employees salary as well by saying currently company has no project so hold the salary.

I am blessed that I am part of this company. I believe, they focus more on the development of the team members. They take care of the staff members like a family member. All three, Nirmal Parekh, Sanjay Mankad and Mira Parekh, the directors of the company believe that people are the real assets. I personally have learnt a lot from all the team members. Though they are very strict in Few matters like discipline, values, work output, they are cool and understanding about the personal matters also. Neve had a problem wrt to leave or salary. In fact, I could improve my standard of living because of AAMPLE and Entire Team of AAMPLE. In this Lockdown, we received our full salary and also relaxation in working from home. All the majors and cautions are taken for the employees like disinfectant, sanitation, keeping close etc... Best company to grow - learn - develop...

Dislikes

In fact, there are no dislikes about working at Aample. I am of the opinion that generally strictness is considered as dislike but it is the other way round that when we don't deliver enough then the strictness is felt. Therefore, I have never felt this.
