There is very pathetic approach. Salary and appraisal are very average. You always beg for salary to boss and management. Your importance is always zero before Mgt and boss. There are always unnecessary work pressure. There is no future growth.

Aamby Vally is finest abode resident in the world. It was prooud to me associated with Aamby Valley. Most important is that Guardian of Aamby Valley Honorable Sahara sri is looking after his employees as a family member.

Gradually Aamby valley is loosing respect his immage once it comes under issue of Sahara vs Sebi. Now Aamby 'navigator are harreshiing there Existing Customers as well as there employees very badly. They do not have any kind of Standard of Procedure to operate their employees , associate and ECs.

Aamvy valley is a dream project for SAHARA SRI and really it is a good project if it will develop then it will be a great milestone not for SAHARA but it will be a pride for India.

I worked in Aamby in 22 years and after 22 years suddenly prepare a list of 1200 staff for shut down it was a shocking activity for me because i was given two task to the company and Diwali was very disturbing for my family . As of date my dues is pending with the company.
